Whisk it, sip it, love it.
Harvested from the youngest, shade-grown tea leaves, this matcha is stone-ground to preserve its vibrant colour and smooth umami taste. Rich in antioxidants, it's not only a treat for the palette but also for your well-being.
Instructions:
- Sift 3 grams into a bowl.
- Add 10ml of hot water.
- Whisk till a paste is formed.
- Add another 30ml of water.
- Whisk till frothy.
- Add water or milk to taste.
- Serve & enjoy.
